福氣龍是東北角風管處的吉祥物，因此入口迎賓以搖滾的福氣龍，傳達出本次龍耀臺灣、影音之
光的宗旨，迎接2012年充滿熱情奔放的海洋音樂祭。

The Fu-Qi Dragon

The Fu-Qi (happiness) Dragon is the mascot of the Northeast Coast. He welcomes all visitors to
the Northeast Coast at the entrance. Looks like he's also ready for the upcoming Gong Liao Music
Festival!

ᕣᎲᝈࠪᚐၽᝄ

臺灣傳說八七水災時，天空曾出現觀世音菩薩顯靈，制止大雨繼續肆虐，因此不少世人更加相信
觀世音菩薩聞聲救苦的無邊法力，此次特別創作「騎龍觀音」的沙雕作品，祈求今年國運昌隆、
百姓安康。

Guan Yin and Dragon

It's rumored that in the previous flood, the Guan Yin goddess shows up in the sky to stop the
heavy downpour, which shows her mercy toward the Taiwanese people. We created this sculpture
to wish for a fine weather this year.
