「龍生九子」是中國古代的傳說，龍
生九子都不像龍，九龍子性情各異，
形象可以說是變化多端，常運用於建
築、器物的裝飾範圍，極為廣泛。以
此作為構想，好似神龍遊至東北角，
於此寶地誕下九龍天子，更加呼應今
年主題「龍蟠福隆」。

Nine Dragons

In ancient Chinese folklore, the
dragon has nine sons who take
on various forms. They can be
found in ornaments of buildings
and various items. The sculpture
is based on such folklore and
tries to portray the image where
the Nine Dragons take a tour
down to the Northeast Coast.
