Sand Sculpture is a form of art, while positive
competition is also an art for exchanging skills and
learning from each other. Formally first held in the
2013 event, the Taiwan International Sand Sculpting
Championship shows the significance of the Fulong
Sand Festival, and is also a landmark for the sand
sculpture art in Taiwan.
