位於台二線上，東北角暨宜蘭海岸國家風景管理處入口的沙
雕，以臺灣觀光代表吉祥物臺灣黑熊以及代表東北角的福氣
龍一同現身，兩位好朋友一起在福隆沙灘的洋傘下，歡迎所
有蒞臨的貴賓們！
Taiwan's tourism mascot , Oh! Bear, and the mascot of the northeast,
Happiness Dragon, are made of sand and placed at the entrance of
the Northeast and Yilan Coast National Scenic Area Administration on
Provincial Highway 2. These two mascots stand under the sunshade at
Fulong beach to welcome every visitor.
