福隆國際沙雕藝術季於西元 2008 年首辦，前兩年由臺灣國內沙雕師進行雕刻 浩瀚

工作，於西元 2010 年首度邀請國際沙雕師參與，增添沙雕作品的精緻度。經過西
遊牧生活的寓言，象徵不斷移動和尋找的意涵，提醒我們存
元 2012 年的國際邀請賽，2013 年的第一屆臺灣世界沙雕大賽，受到廣泛迴響，並
