A grand temple event- zhentou

福隆沙雕的藝術盛會，今年邁入第十週年，因此選擇以八家將為主題進
行創作。八家將的嚴肅與威嚇有解運祈安、安宅鎮煞的功能，在廟會活
動中是最震懾人心的演出，其中七爺八爺的裝扮最具辨識度，希望透過
這場盛會，讓大家彷彿置身其中，一同歡慶十週年。

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of this grand event at Fulong beach, I choose to
come up with a sand sculpture of Ba Jia Jiang. Bai Jia Jiang with its solemn and
frightening features is known to perform exorcism of evil spirits. Their performances
at temples in Taiwan always catch everyone's attention, especially its two most
ඟͼΤ၈ noted characters- Qiye and Baye (the 7th Lord and 8th Lord). I would like to take this
ɓৎِӍы opportunity to create the scene of this temple event so everyone is able to know more
