草嶺古道的過去、

現在與未來

草嶺古道全長8.5公里，是先民為開發臺灣東
北部（淡水至宜蘭）所開闢的淡蘭古道遺址
中的一段，位於新北市貢寮區遠望坑至宜蘭
縣頭城鎮大里間的山區，途經兩縣分界的山
嶺─草嶺，故俗稱草嶺古道。

淡蘭古道在當時為聯絡東西的主要孔道，著
實對東部的開發有著不可抹滅的功勞，行旅 The Past, Present, and
